The standard plating on Mitsubishi Supplied corrolls has always been .006Ó chrome. We have been able to achieve reliable chrome plating at this thickness due to our patented Nomura process, available only on Mitsubishi supplied rolls. This process ensures that a much higher thickness of chrome gets deposited in the valleys than any other process. The resulting lower gradient of plating on the flanks eliminates the tendency to flake that other processes exhibit at higher thickness.
