We supply both new Corrugating Rolls and complete refinishing services in Hunt Valley. We supply rolls for both Mitsubishi single facers and, thorough our partnership with Terdeca, rolls for all single facers.

Mitsubishi Supplied Corrugating Rolls are different in ways that pay off in improved runnability and roll life. There are two primary differences:

Hardening
and
Plating

In addition, on Mitsubishi single facers, we supply only Nachi bearings manufactured to higher tolerances than any other. This results in considerably lower failure rates than other bearings.

Note that we had been supplying an alternate bearing supplied from an American bearing manufacturer, which had hand selected components to our tolerances. This bearing is no longer available from American manufacturers due the cost of hand selecting components.
